Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GenStudio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Commercial Disclosure, and any checkout terms shown before purchase. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GenStudio is an independent paid creative service that helps creators make images, videos, 3D drafts, lip sync clips, story visuals, and related assets. The Service may be offered through paid subscriptions, prepaid credits, Google Play credit packs, creator-issued coupons, promotion codes, rewarded-ad credits, trial access, or custom plans.

3. User Accounts

To use GenStudio, you must sign in with a verified Google account and accept the current Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, payment rules, security rules, or applicable law.

4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

GenStudio may require a valid paid subscription, prepaid credits, Google Play credit pack, creator-issued coupon, rewarded-ad credit, or other paid access for generation capabilities.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated.
• Generation credits measure creation usage and may be consumed when you submit image or video generation tasks.
• Monthly subscriptions may include a limited credit grant as stated at checkout. Purchased credit packs, Google Play credit packs, rewarded-ad credits, and coupon-issued credits may have separate expiration terms.
• Web subscriptions and Stripe purchases are managed through Stripe checkout and billing portal. Android in-app credit packs are managed through Google Play Billing.
• You may cancel a subscription through the billing portal or the store where you purchased it. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund past charges.
• Refunds are processed under the checkout, payment processor, app store, and legal rules that apply to the purchase. Digital credits consumed by submitted tasks are generally not refundable unless required by law or unless GenStudio grants a courtesy adjustment.
• Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of Service access.

5. Content Ownership and Usage

You retain all ownership rights you have in the prompts, uploaded files, and generated outputs you create using GenStudio. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to receive, host temporarily, process, transmit, display, reproduce as needed for processing, and make available your content solely as needed to provide, maintain, secure, bill, and support the Service.

6. Temporary Storage and Downloads

GenStudio uses processing servers and optional user-authorized local agents to temporarily store uploaded files and generated outputs while completing generation tasks and making results available for download. Generated assets are temporary and may be deleted after the applicable retention period.

• You are responsible for signing in and downloading any results you want to keep before they expire.
• We are not responsible for outputs that are not downloaded before deletion, except where required by law.
• Task history or metadata may remain visible after temporary creative files are deleted.
• We may delete temporary uploads and outputs to manage storage, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or operational reliability.

7. Output and Review

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, offensive, unsafe, or visually inconsistent. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before using, publishing, distributing, selling, or relying on them. GenStudio does not guarantee that outputs will be unique, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, lawful in your jurisdiction, or free from third-party claims.

GenStudio provides creative tools. We do not direct your prompts, select your source materials, approve your outputs, or control what you do with content after you download, publish, share, sell, modify, or otherwise use it. We do not endorse any user-created content or any user's downstream use of that content.

8. Acceptable Use and Legal Compliance

GenStudio is intended to help creators make images, videos, references, motion studies, and related creative materials. We do not endorse or enable wrongdoing. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, your inputs, your generated outputs, and anything you do with those outputs comply with all laws, regulations, contracts, platform rules, and third-party rights that apply to you.

You may not use GenStudio to create, request, publish, distribute, sell, or promote content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or rights-violating. Prohibited uses include:

• You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and releases needed for files, prompts, likenesses, trademarks, copyrighted works, private information, or other materials you submit or use.
• You are responsible for deciding whether outputs are appropriate, lawful, accurate, and safe for your intended use before publishing, distributing, selling, or relying on them.
• You are responsible for any claims, disputes, damages, losses, fees, penalties, or legal consequences arising from your content or your use of the Service.
• No child sexual abuse or exploitation, sexualized content involving minors, or content that endangers children.
• No non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, sexual impersonation, or sexually exploitative likeness use.
• No scams, phishing, identity deception, fraudulent documents, deceptive election content, malicious code, or content designed to facilitate wrongdoing.
• No harassment, bullying, threats, violent extremism, self-harm encouragement, or instructions for illegal or dangerous activity.
• No unauthorized use of private information, biometric data, likenesses, trademarks, copyrighted works, or other third-party rights.
• No attacks on the Service, abuse of payment systems, bypassing service limits, scraping, reverse engineering except where legally permitted, or interference with other users.

9. Monitoring, Removal, and Legal Requests

We are not obligated to monitor, pre-screen, review, or approve user prompts, uploads, generated outputs, or downstream uses. We may, however, access, preserve, disclose, restrict, remove, suspend, or terminate content or accounts when we believe it is necessary to operate the Service, protect security, address payment or service abuse, respond to a lawful request, comply with legal obligations, enforce these Terms, or reduce legal or operational risk.

10. Service Availability

Generation depends on cloud services, private processing systems, local agents, third-party APIs, model availability, payment processors, storage, network conditions, and operational capacity. We may modify, pause, rate-limit, or discontinue features when needed for security, cost control, abuse prevention, reliability, provider changes, or legal reasons.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, user-created content, third-party claims, service interruptions, deleted temporary outputs, or any publication, distribution, sale, modification, reliance on, or downstream use of prompts, uploads, or generated outputs.

12. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GenStudio from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your content, your use of generated outputs, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms, update the "Last Updated" date, and require renewed acceptance in the app when changes are material.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise. Courts in Tokyo, Japan will have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides another forum.
