Operator name, business address, telephone number, and responsible person are provided without delay by email before purchase when a customer requests them and where public omission is permitted for privacy and security reasons.

Products and Prices

GenStudio sells access to creative AI generation services through subscriptions, prepaid credit packs, Google Play credit packs, custom plans, coupons, and promotional credits. Current prices, tax, currency, credit quantities, renewal terms, and special conditions are shown at checkout before purchase.

Unless checkout states otherwise, generation credits are digital service credits for GenStudio generation tasks and are not cash, stored value, or transferable property.

Payment Timing and Methods

• Stripe web purchases may support cards, local payment methods, tax collection, receipts, and billing portal management as shown at checkout.
• Google Play in-app purchases are charged through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play payment, refund, and account rules.
• Charges are generally paid before credits, subscription access, or service access are granted.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the applicable billing portal or store.

Service Delivery

Digital credits or subscription access are usually added to the signed-in account shortly after payment processor confirmation. Generation output timing depends on queue length, selected workflow, source media size, model availability, network conditions, and processing capacity. Some jobs may fail, expire, be canceled, or require resubmission.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the billing portal or store where the subscription was purchased.
• Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior billing periods.
• Unused prepaid credits and consumed credits are generally non-refundable unless required by law, required by the payment processor or app store, or approved by GenStudio as a courtesy adjustment.
• Failed or canceled generation tasks may receive credit restoration according to GenStudio's task-settlement logic and operational records.
• For Google Play purchases, request refunds through Google Play where required by Google Play policy.

Operating Environment

GenStudio web features require a modern browser with JavaScript, HTTPS access, and a stable internet connection. Android features require a supported Android device, the current GenStudio app, Google Play Services where Google sign-in, billing, ads, or notifications are used, and network access. Some local-agent workflows require a user-controlled PC with supported GPU drivers, model files, storage, and local network configuration.

Additional Costs

Users are responsible for their own internet, device, storage, mobile data, payment-provider, bank, currency-conversion, and tax costs unless checkout states otherwise.
