Welcome to GenStudio. GenStudio is an independent paid creative service for generating images, videos, 3D drafts, lip sync clips, story visuals, and related creator assets. This Privacy Policy explains how GenStudio collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the website, Android app, local agent, support tools, billing flows, and related services.

1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, information created through your use of the service, and information from service providers that help operate GenStudio:
Account Information: When you sign in via Google, we receive account identifiers such as your name, email address, profile picture URL, and Firebase user ID.
Creative Inputs: We process prompts, source images, audio, video, keyframes, 3D references, and other files you submit to generate requested outputs.
Generated Outputs: We temporarily make generated images, videos, 3D files, previews, and related outputs available to your authenticated account so you can review and download them.
Task Metadata: We store account-scoped task records such as task type, status, progress, timestamps, prompts, and related settings so the application can show your recent generation history.
Billing and Credit Information: Stripe, Google Play Billing, or another payment processor may provide payment status, subscription status, purchase identifiers, credit-pack identifiers, invoices, receipts, fraud signals, tax details, and payment records. We do not store your full card number on GenStudio servers.
Rewarded Ads and Promotions: If you choose rewarded ads or promotional credits, ad providers and GenStudio may process ad-view, reward, device, fraud-prevention, and credit-grant metadata.
Support and Communications: We collect messages, email addresses, account identifiers, and attachments you submit for support, billing, legal, deletion, or abuse reports.
Technical Data: We may collect IP address, browser or app version, operating system, device model, crash data, log events, security events, authentication metadata, network diagnostics, and approximate region for service security, reliability, abuse prevention, and support.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain the GenStudio platform.
To process the specific image and video generation tasks you request.
To make generated outputs available for download for a limited time.
To process subscriptions, credit purchases, rewarded-ad credits, coupons, billing portal access, receipts, fraud checks, and refunds where applicable.
To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
To monitor the usage of our service and detect, prevent, investigate, and address security, fraud, abuse, reliability, and policy issues.
To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information or creative content. We do not use private user uploads or generated outputs to train models unless we ask for and receive separate permission.
3. Legal Bases
Where privacy laws require a legal basis, GenStudio processes data to perform the service contract, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, and honor consent where a feature specifically asks for consent.
4. Data Storage and Security
GenStudio separates account metadata from creative files:
Authentication and Metadata: Google Firebase is used for authentication, account identity, task status, and related metadata.
Creative Files: Uploaded files and generated outputs are temporarily stored on private storage attached to GenStudio processing servers or local-agent systems so we can complete your generation request and provide the result for download.
No Permanent Firebase File Storage: Creative files and generated outputs are not intended to be permanently stored in Firebase. Firebase is used primarily for authentication, app state, task metadata, and security rules.
We use security measures designed to protect user accounts and content, including Google OAuth authentication, Firebase ID token verification, account-scoped task access, server-side ownership checks, restricted database rules, HTTPS transport, and limited administrative access.
Generated assets are temporary. Please sign in and download any results you want to keep before the retention period expires. After the retention window, temporary files may be deleted and may not be recoverable.
5. Third-Party Services
We work with trusted third-party providers to deliver our service:
Google Cloud & Firebase: For authentication, account identity, task metadata, database rules, and related application infrastructure.
Google Play Services, Billing, Ads, and Messaging: For Android sign-in support, in-app credit purchases, rewarded ads, push notifications, security, and device compatibility.
Stripe or Payment Processors: To securely handle web subscriptions, credit purchases, fraud prevention, tax, receipts, payment records, and billing portal access.
Private Processing and Local Agents: Uploaded creative files and prompts may be processed by GenStudio-controlled processing systems or by a user-authorized local agent to create requested results.
Email and Support Providers: For transactional email, support replies, deletion requests, receipts, security notices, and service communications.
These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies. We require service providers to process information only for service, security, billing, legal, or support purposes.
6. Retention and Downloads
GenStudio keeps data only as long as needed for the service, security, billing, legal, and support purposes described in this policy:
Temporary uploads and generated outputs: Usually deleted within 30 days after task completion, failure, cancellation, or expiration, unless storage capacity or security needs require earlier deletion.
Task metadata and prompts: Usually retained for up to 24 months so your account can show history, support can troubleshoot, and abuse or billing issues can be investigated.
Account profile and legal acceptance records: Retained while the account is active and for up to 24 months after deletion where needed for audit, dispute, security, or legal reasons.
Billing, tax, refund, and fraud records: Retained for the period required by payment processors, tax, accounting, chargeback, anti-fraud, and legal obligations.
Security and diagnostic logs: Usually retained for up to 180 days unless needed longer for abuse, security, or legal investigations.
You are responsible for downloading outputs that you want to keep. Temporary creative files may be deleted before or after account deletion requests are processed.
7. International Transfers
GenStudio and its providers may process information in Japan, the United States, and other countries where service providers operate. If you access GenStudio from the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or another region with data-transfer rules, your information may be transferred outside your country and protected through provider contracts, security measures, and applicable transfer safeguards.
8. Public Sharing and Gallery Use
Your creative content is private to your authenticated account unless you choose to share it, download it and publish it elsewhere, or submit it for public gallery or promotional use. We will not intentionally use private uploads or generated outputs in public marketing materials without permission.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, know, correct, delete, export, restrict, object to, or limit use of personal data, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. California residents may also have rights to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information and to limit sensitive personal information where applicable.
Access: You can view your account details and creative history within the app.
Download: You can download generated outputs while they remain available in your account.
Correction: You can request correction of inaccurate account data.
Deletion: You can request account and associated data deletion from the app or from Account and Data Deletion.
Opt-out: We do not sell personal information. If marketing communications are offered, you can opt out through the provided unsubscribe or support channel.
Complaints: If local law gives you a right to complain to a privacy regulator, you may do so after contacting us or instead of contacting us.
Submit privacy requests to privacy@created.link. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner.
10. Children's Privacy
GenStudio is not directed to children and is not intended for users under 13. If you are in a region where a higher age is required to consent to online services, you must meet that age or use GenStudio only with valid parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new Privacy Policy on this page, update the "Last Updated" date, and require renewed acceptance in the app when changes are material.
