How to Request Deletion

GenStudio users can request account-related data deletion from inside the app.

1. Sign in to GenStudio using the Google account connected to your GenStudio account.
2. Open Account or Profile settings.
3. Select the data deletion request option.
4. Submit the request. We will review and process deletion requests within 30 days.

Data Deleted

When a deletion request is processed, we delete or de-identify account-related data associated with your GenStudio account where technically and legally possible, including:

• Account profile data connected to your GenStudio user ID.
• Generated task history and metadata that is no longer required to operate the service.
• Uploaded files and generated outputs that remain in active GenStudio storage.
• Notification tokens associated with the account.

Data That May Be Retained

Some limited records may be retained where required for billing, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or service integrity. Temporary creative files may also already have expired before the request is processed.
